David is an associate at Gutnicki LLP whose practice focuses on transactional and commercial litigation matters. Before pursuing his legal career, he earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing and psychology from Roosevelt University, graduating magna cum laude. After graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2022, he clerked for a prominent personal injury and workers’ compensation firm as well as a family law firm that handled complex divorce proceedings, broadening his understanding of litigation and client advocacy.

David brings practical experience shaped by his role as Corporate Counsel for a construction company specializing in residential developments and large-scale commercial remodeling. In that position, he gained valuable exposure to real estate finance and transactions, further strengthening his foundation in corporate and property-related legal work.
