Mollie is an associate at Gutnicki LLP whose practice centers on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate. Before joining the firm, she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and legal studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, followed by her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she graduated cum laude.

During law school, Mollie gained valuable experience clerking at a Chicago firm specializing in intellectual property and corporate governance. She also broadened her practical understanding of corporate legal operations while working as an intern in the in-house legal department of a construction company.
