Nathan is an associate in Gutnicki LLP’s Litigation Group. He represents clients in a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, assisting with all phases of the litigation and dispute-resolution process.

Nathan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2025. While in law school, Nathan joined Gutnicki LLP as a summer associate in 2024, where he worked alongside attorneys on litigation and dispute-related matters.

Before joining Gutnicki LLP as an associate, Nathan served as a judicial clerk on the Minnesota Court of Appeals. In that role, he conducted legal research, analyzed complex issues, and assisted with drafting opinions. Nathan’s strong background in legal research, writing, and analysis enables him to help clients navigate complex litigation matters.
