Nathan represents financial institutions, funds, publicly traded and privately held companies, non-profit and government organizations, and individuals in a wide range of finance, real estate, and general business transactions. He has extensive experience structuring, documenting, and negotiating numerous types of loan arrangements, including single-lender and syndicated facilities, senior secured and unsecured loans, asset-based lending, second-lien financing, and subordinated credit facilities.

Nathan has handled both domestic and international transactions involving debt and equity issuances, asset and real estate acquisitions and sales, mergers and acquisitions, ISDAs, ESOPs, and transactions for clients in heavily regulated industries such as healthcare, communications, and aviation. Beyond his finance practice, he serves as general counsel to a family of companies in the logistics industry and assists a variety of businesses with contract preparation and negotiation, corporate governance, and general business counseling.
