Steven is an experienced attorney who has litigated extensively on behalf of purchasers of delinquent taxes. Prior to joining Gutnicki LLP, he operated his own practice focused on real estate tax lien law, representing both large corporations and individual clients in the acquisition and sale of tax-delinquent properties.

Before beginning his legal career, Steven earned a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and worked as an educator in several cities across the U.S. and Canada. At Gutnicki LLP, his practice centers on licensure matters and Medicaid and Medicare qualification for skilled nursing facilities.
